I don't remember the man's name that was cleaning the fish tanks on 1/30/21 around noon time, but I hope Petco keeps him. He took his time to explain all my questions. His information was absolutely correct. He is a wonderful asset to the company.

I did a buy online pickup in store purchase. I received an email around 9am that my purchase was ready for pickup but I didn't realize the store wasn't open until 1030. I got there around 940am and called to have it brought out. The gentleman on the phone told me they weren't open but brought my order out to me anyways. I live across the bridge and had my two babies with me so I was so thankful he was able to help me out. Will definitely continue to shop here..at the correct time!

Legitimately tho, Charles was so educated about all of the fish plus more. You can tell he cares about his profession, every single tiny fish he sells, and also finding the right price for us. He was awesome. Legitimately tho, Charles needs a raise. 10/10

Absolutely love this place the staff is friendly the products are moderately priced and easy to find. However there was a little disorganization when it came to the dog food but in the course of a day today operations these products can get easily mixed up.
