I didn't know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Michelle is sweet and explained what she was going to be doing very well. I can't wait for my next visit with Michelle.

My experience here was less than ideal. I gave Dr. Knight my full trust as she offered additional services on top of each adjustment that she said would be 'covered' by my insurance. I repeatedly asked about what I owed and was told to not worry about it. Several months later I get a bill for almost $800. I definitely got the impression they are more worried about making money and not about helping the community or maintaining a good reputation. I cannot recommend Absolute Balance Chiropractic to anyone. I know the responsibility is always on the consumer but this is a clear case of a business looking out for themselves. Lesson learned here the hard way.
