Looking for an inflatable dog neck cone for my Bull Mastiff and was assisted by a young man who stopped what he was doing, don't remember his name, he even looked up the price to match it on the website. I had left my phone in my car. Head to the register to cash out and was assisted by a very nice and professional young lady. Also don't remember her name. An awesome experience to a delicate situation I was there shopping for a neck cone. My dog has cancer and I needed to get her an additional neck cone to keep her from licking the opening. There friendly disposition was very welcoming and appreciated.

Was told my Bernedoodle was very anxious and could try one more visit. Suggested more frequent grooming to acclimate her. Time and cost made difficult. Vet prescription to help received and trialed prio to visit. Informed groomer upon arrival medication prescribed. Policy prohibiting medications. No signage or previous information given. Very disappointed

Supervisor been working over 22yrs she is the best person extremely helpful I always got with to her. Her customer service is off the charts more people should learn from her
