Dont bring your dog here for grooming!!! It WILL look like a 2 year old did it!!!!!!!!!

We had just gotten our new puppy Lili and we had no idea where to start, so we went right to the Waterford Petco store and everyone was more than helpful and friendly! I believe our sales rep's name was Ed who helped us, he was so nice and helpful to get us everything we need for our pup. She loves her bed and toys and she is very happy, thank you so much!!

Woman who helped us buy a fish and fish tank was very patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to get us the right equipment in a very joyful manner. She did not pressure to oversell us anything and was one of the nicest salespeople I have dealt with in a long time. She did not rush us to a decision and her personal experience with fish was wonderful.

The manager Kate and her staff are extremely helpful. My colleague and I had a large purchase to make (lots of quantities of several items) and Kate and her team went above and beyond to source the needed items for us. Thank you!

Aquariums look so much nicer than they did a year or so ago. I just wish they had more variety of cichlids, perhaps some of the more colorful peacocks.
