Petco

Jayson is amazing. If he is not managing he should be. He is wonderful with people, seriously knowledgable, and friendly. He is serious about the well being of animals, even and especially the fish I bought. He informed me without making me feel dumb, or terrible that I am a first time beta owner. I left feeling like I went to a class on the Beta. I feel confident that I know what to do with feeding, cleaning, maintenance of the bowl and overall health of the fish. He's a keeper!

I have 2 rescue pups. One is very easy going, the other is a fearful of strangers and dogs. We needed to get our vaccinations for an upcoming behavioral-mod boot camp to work on said issues. I had anticipated a very nerve-racking experience managing the visit, but this crew went above and beyond to ensure it wasn’t. Including moving folks around the store so he could get in and out without issue. No judgements, just courteous assistance. Everyone was understanding and empathetic to my needs, and I’m sure there’s many folks out there who can relate to this as well. I highly recommend this location. Nothing but true pet lovers who just want to help. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at this Petco! I bought a male jacksons chameleon form them and I am happy to say that he is happy and healthy. The lady who sold him to me asked a lot of questions to make sure that the chameleon would be taken care of which I appreciated.

Supplies were low and service poor. It seems that this Petco is not the only one though. Fairfield is any better.

Franchesca was amazing, extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile in order to meet my puppies' needs. I must mentioned that I arrived to the store 25 minutes before closing and she didn't mind if she had to stay late at all. Will come to Petco in Port Chester everytime.
