This is it updated post for my previous post. I received a message from the owner saying they would reach out to me to resolve the problem not the case. I have spoken with the office manage directly your corporate office three different people. I just received billing to my insurance company for procedure that was never done when I was there for the visit. Therefore I'm asking for Dr Bruce Irwin to contact me or if they have somebody there they call boss. I've contacted my insurance company and made them aware of this they're investigating your office manager has all the details and made copies please respond thank you.

Been here since they opened and still haven't been out of the lobby, its been over an hour. I have been constantly vomiting all night and there is no triage system. I'm desperate for help and they just don't care how long everyone is waiting.nnEdit* once I got into a room the nurses and doctors were very nice

Worst experience ever at a walk in clinic. I had three people in front of me when I got there and I waited for and hour and 45 minutes. DO NOT recommend going here. The front office staff is also extremely rude and not helpful at all.

Getting the covid test was pretty simple. Not a lot of options in Alabama for it, especially on the weekends. I came to visit from out of state so it was required to get a test done. I was tested on a Saturday, 12/5 they told me it would be sent off Monday and would take 5-8 days. A very long and slow turn around. My test was ordered on 12/9 and a couple days later was emailed my results which was actually empty. I tried multiple times calling to speak to someone with no answer. I sent my step dad there to see if he could have someone call me. On the first ring, now someone answers since he was in front of them. We tried the same morning multiple times,my mom even let it ring for 9 minutes. Very frustrating. The emailed results to me which is a horrible copy to read. Would not recommend if visiting from out of state or need a quick turn around for results, periodnGo to another town or state.

Went in to get a blood pressure reading and to have them sign a blood pressure log from a hospital to confirm the reading as part of the process to be a LIVING ORGAN DONOR. The response from the checkin agent was “We won’t sign anything. You’ll have to pay for an appointment.” Really? For a blood pressure check. Heartless.
