Worst customer service experience of my life trying to get medical records sent to another place. I never want to talk to those individuals ever again. All the other departments I had to communicate with seemed very nice.

I make appointment for my kids physicals every year right before school starts. Today 7/15/20. I’mnVery disappointed. I called to schedule & was on hold for less than a minute, which was good intel I told the person on the other end I wanted to schedule for all 5 of my kids, she HUNG UP! On me. Ok so I called back twice the same thing happens, I get transferred to pediatric department and ask to schedule physicals for my kids Hung up again. At this point I’m just like I’ll just have to walk in to schedule an appointment. Just sad. I’m a full time working mother & will have to take a extended lunch break just to get my kids an appointment. Not right!!

I left multiple voicemails for an absent doctor that not did not listen to me and prescribed me medicine that didn't work. I knew I was right about why I was there and yet she brushed it off and prescribed me medicine that not only wasn't right but made things worse. I called and no one returned my phone calls. I had to travel and spend 125.00 to get THE CORRECT prescription and THE CORRECT diagnosis. Thanks for freaking nothing.
