Just moved to the area recently and began the process of establishing a primary. Do not waste your time and money like I did. I understand that it’s a residency clinic but they are highly unprofessional and do not listen to you as a patient. Trying to get a referral to an Endocrinologist has been an absolute nightmare. The first referral was to an Endocrinologist that was no longer in practice. I called the second Endocrinologist that I was referred to and they said they hadn’t received it via fax yet. I called Baldwin back just to make sure that it had been sent properly and I had someone call and scold me over the phone for calling and checking on my referral status this morning. Someone should address this issue with this staff member. If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. Completely unacceptable.

I'm a new patient it's kind of cool that you can actually talk to your doctor over your patient portal. When your labs come back the DOCTOR calls you personally. They ask are you feeling any better and advise you to come back in if your not. This the only place where I know in 2021 that you can actually email and talk to your doctor. Wait time oh yeah there's none.

The worst clinic I've ever been too. New to the area and I went to get established and to be treated for my ALREADY diagnosed thyroid problem, hashimotos. I felt like at the visit my dr completely ignored my reason for being there and insited on me taking a mental health screen and STD panel with my labs even though I didn't need or request either of those things. When my labs came back they didn't want to refer me to a local endo which is what I need. And didn't want to refill my thyroid meds which I've been on for 4 years. He didn't think I needed medication. Finally got them to agree to refer me and the endo they sent me to WAS NO LONGER IN PRACTICE. I will not return and if you have another choice in health care I would 100% recommend you not to come here.
