Saved my feet! I bought a pair of shoes here about 2 months ago. My feet have high arches and my feet were hurting so bad I could hardly walk. And I had a rim across the back of my heel from a strained muscle. I went to this store and the very helpful lady working there helped me pick out a pair of shoes for the specific pain I was experiencing. I started using these new shoes that day and every day my feet felt better. Today I still am wearing them and have no foot pain at all. These shoes are legit and the people are helpful! I will be getting all my shoes at the Walking Co.

In the past the service was excellent. In the past few weeks I have been in this store twice with the same experience. Someone will call out from behind the counter to ask if I need help. Never come to talk about my needs. No suggestions of possible shoes. Just a response saying they don’t have the size I asked for. Very sad since this was a wonderful place to shop for comfortable shoes. I hope things change for the better.
My go-to place for good looking comfortable shoes. They almost always have exactly what I need. Plus they offer a UAB employee discount, which is really nice.
