The doctor's I've dealt with over any injury have all been great, fantastic at what they do. Some of the nurses staff and some of the receptionists, are the rudest people you will ever meet. It makes the experience hardly worth it. You can go here, but expect to deal with nurses laughing standing in the hall on day shift if you're in recovery from a surgery, or receptionists being loud and rude when someone has you concerned that someone else hasn't done their job correctly, which you have to worry about more than you'd think.

My husband had appendicitis and we were treated awful. No compassion or care.

No hand sanitizer ANYWHERE in sight or for use during a pandemic. NOTHING was cleaned between patients, including the nurse NOT washing or sanitizing her hands or equipment. Repulsive place, awful staff.

Looks very clean and nice but staff is horrible. Avoid at all costs. You will be put in bed with an alarm but ringng for assistance is pointless. My foley was leaking all over the bed and floor cause it had not been emptied since it was placed and they had the gall tonget hateful and act like it was my fault. I signed myself out after 2 days and was refused a wheelchair, by 3 people. Stated were for patients only until I fell waiting in lobby. I also had no shoes and it was raining. Was given salt free cardiac diet a starving dog couldn't choke down and not allowed to sign refusal for. They like to punish you if you dont go along with their bs. if you must bring a loved one here, insist on staying with them and keep your eye on them. The staff are worthless and act worse than children.

I went to have a COVID test ordered by my doctor in Maryland. The review does not deserve any star rating. I was given the run around and no one seemed to know the policy of obtaining a COVID test. In this day and time with a pandemic this process should have been seamless. It was frustrating and unbelievably disappointing considering what I was going through. I do not recommend this hospital and was not surprised to see a 2.2 rating.nP BOYD, Registered Nurse
