The food isn’t too bad until you learn the way they go about cleanliness. They don’t even wash the pans they use to make stuff until the end of the day. All day it’s reused pans (which aren’t even that clean, if cleaned at the end of the day) they reuse and reuse and it’s so unsanitary and a potential hazard to those with allergies. Honestly, the professionalism of this place is not that great and I attribute that to the manager.
This is multiple times I’ve ordered a grilled chicken salad WITH NO CHEESE and every single time I have cheese....their excuse is that they were busy....if I was a manager there....there would be no horse playing and screwing up orders!!!! UNACCEPTABLE....read the monitor or ticket....Especially when I say to the person and repeated it over three times on every order no cheese and they repeat it back to me only to see there’s cheese on it!!!!!!
I do not know what is going on with Gino's in summersville. But the last three times that I've placed my order. They have not got something on the order. and when they bring my order out there is always been something missing. I am so disappointed with Gino's in craigsville
Great pie to go. Extra large extra cheese, cheese pie is 9.99. The naked bone in wings were fantastic! Call in your pickup order and you are able to pick up at the drive through in about 15-20.
