I am so thankful to finally start feeling better after being very ill for quite awhile. God Bless the staff and Ms. Flesher for the best care and proper meds.

I am always able to be seen, usually within a few hours of calling and they are very courteous and friendly. Love having a doctor close to home!

I star is being kind. I was a patient at fairmont location for years and I took my children there as well. Mostly great experiences. Caring, compassionate, took time too explain things and could and would run test there. Never made me come in for know reason. If problem come in., if not problem would never make me waste trip too say, oh well everything ok. Really?? The only reason I went too Shinnston office is because I thought MVA has too be good. Not! She makes people come in too tell them all is good. Really? People have too leave work early ,drive, sit for appointment , wait in small room too be told all ok? Never happend at Fairmont. No they called and said see you next appointment. ( all about the 95.00 office visit.) She is rude, doest explain anything at all. I guess if you live in Shinnston and have know one else she is better than the local vet. Called too have My metoprolol refilled ( blood pressure medicine) and had to explain to them that its not a narcotic . ( keep in mind at this time this is dr office who perscribed my high blood pressure medicine) metoprolol high blood pressure medicine . Smh.. just sad. I have no pain med scripts at all so were this came from Idk. Ive been her patient for over 2 yrs.. no physical, no mamgram, no nothing but blood tests. No questions for me. Ive asked for Chantext 3 times in a row..ok we will dicuss it next time.. 3 diffrent times. I hope this helps someone out there. Just a bad, bad facility and care and bed side manners. Especially compared too Fairmont MVA which is a really, really 5 star experience!! Shinnston is a disgrace and shame compared too Fairmont.

I had called about getting my Mother in with a Dr. In your office, she currently goes to Fairmont and it's not easy for her to get back and forth, I was told to come in for a new patient put so she could fill it out. Today my sister went to get the Office and was not only greeted with a nasty receptionist but also told they were not taking new patients. I'm veryn.dissapointed in the way she was talked too as well
