I come to the cancer center for infusions for my RA. Every single time I come I get treated and infused by different nurses. Today I was greeted and treated by Nicole, an RN in the infusion center. Let me tell you she's a ray of sunshine for that center. Kind and happy to see you and will keep up with my jokes. Always smiling ud83dude03 and positive. What a great assett to the infusion center. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

The physical therapist I had (Jason Posey) would do nothing but gamble the entire time I was there. His superior, John Pulice knew if this and just made excuses!! Being that he gambles, he owed a lot of money and decided to send me to a place instead of him working with me, due to everything he owed me. This behavior from a professional physical therapist is COMPLETELY ridiculous and his boss covering even worse! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

In terrible kidney pain, in waiting room for four hours. There is no excuse for this. It's snowing hard and it is late so there are few patients and yet everyone I'm here with have been in here for 4 hours or more. No updates, nothing. Do not recommend. Go to Ruby Memorial.

My daughter had pneumonia and they were amazing with her. The room she was in was so nice. There was a place for me to sleep so she wasn't alone. And they brought her a big Paddington stuffed toy and book (which was one of her favorites). The nurses were kind and efficient. Knowing how well they were taking care of her made it less scary. And, side note, the food was excellent (best French fries I've ever eaten lol).

I went to the ER at UHC last week. Knowing the hospitals are overwhelmed I expected a long wait. I was shown into triage right away. The triage lady was nice and helpful. My BP was 173/116. I only had about a 15-20 min wait then taken back. My BP was never taken again. The Nurse and Ward Clerk were nice.I was sent to the bathroom across from my rm for a urine sample. Then when I was released I needed to use the bathroom again. A nurse stopped me from going to the same one I was sent to earlier so she could take me to a “safe” bathroom because the other one was COVID positive only. WHAT???? I told her I was sent in there earlier and was told well go in this one it’s safer.nThe Dr. was dismissive and did not listen to what I was experiencing. Decided his diagnosis and did test to support it. Leaving main complaint not examined or addressed. A 2nd Dr came in to release me that I had not even seen before. When I protested I did not want muscle relaxers and to be sent home with wrong diagnosis she suggested I try it then come back if needed. Wouldn't it be easier to listen, examine, diagnose and treat a patient in one visit??? More money for UHC is the outcome with the patient being left untreated.
