Was very excited to shop there and found multiple items I would have purchased. But was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I don’t believe that anyone even made eye contact with me even though I stood at the front counter waiting on someone to assist me. Very disappointed in the service. Love the selection but all of the brands can be purchased at other stores and online.
I love this shoe store, (& more than just shoes are sold there!!) They have a wide selection, ranging from comfortable and practical with pizazz to funky and fabulous. It really is a lot of fun to shop here.nnI also love their sales lady, Katie. She's on a mission to find the style that speaks to you, but is never stalking or overbearing.
Katie was so helpful yesterday! They are so kind, all of the ladies are always so cheerful and friendly. Every time my size is unavailable, they go out of there way to get it for me as soon as possible. I have a lovely experience every time I visit.
If more stars were offered..I would give them! Incredible selection of beautiful shoes..handbags and accessories..friendly and helpful sales.
