They have treated my kitten a couple of times in the past few months. She fell & couldn't move her back half. They were eager to find out what was going on with her. They didn't recommend an expensive procedure...they recommended a week or so to see if she was able to heal some on her own and create a plan for her if she was not healing. A few days after her x-ray appointment, they called to check on her and to see how she was doing. She healed on her own. I took her back a few months later to have her spayed. Again, a couple days later, they called to check on her. This makes a kitty momma feel like they truly care. I believe that they do truly love their animals and their families. I highly recommend them. I will take all my animals there from here on out. Thank you for caring Dr. McHale & all the staff at Seneca Trail Animal Hospital in Union & Lewisburg.

Called and was able to get Chuck in right away.nThey took him from the car, did his exam and kept us informed through out the entire process while we waited in the car. The results were back quickly and they returned him along with some meds and even gave him a treat for being such a good boy. Thank you!

First time at this animal clinic and was very impressed. Due to Covid-19 the procedures are different than taking your animal to the vet prior to the Pandemic. But the staff made it very clear and upon arrival you notify staff you have arrived and the parking spaces are numbered to make it easier to locate which vehicle you are in. From the time we arrived with our injured dog the staff made things go very smooth and professional. A technician came out and got our dog and she was very patient and caring about the animal. The veterinarian called us in a very short time letting us know what was going on. She kept us informed of what procedures was needed, the cost, and what was going to be needed in follow up care. When we picked up our dog they brought her out with her meds and gave very clear directions on home care and asked if we had any questions and told us to call the office if we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this clinic for emergency or if you're just looking for routine care for your pet.
