Greenbrier Valley Urology

Honestly I can not say enough about Greenbrier valley urology. Dr. Moshey is wonderful and Has helped me and my son both. It's so nice to go to a doctor and they know exactly what's going on and what to do about it. I recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Well after the 2 OB/GYN screw up on my wife.They call this rude self centered Dr. Forte in to fix their screw up on her bladder.Yes I was mad and tried to apologize when Dr. Forte saids I don't come in this early and yes I replied didn't call u buddy. Wife didn't want to see him ever again.So took her and had her checked by another.Even had Dr. Flowers attempt to shame my wife to see him.

I don't know where the office staff of this venue learned their mode of interacting with prospective patients, but I tell you these people are just about the most arrogant I have encountered in the medical profession. There is no Please, Thank You, May I Have Your....Please...We Need That Because.....nnIt's All demands, must haves, that's how we do it....we don't care about your name...you are just a date of birth here...we want your credit card upfront...we charge you if you cancel your appointment...we do whatever we want and will damage your credit if you don't comply with our demands....well the last two are based on the tone of a conversation over the phone with one of these animals. Mind you this was a first time appointment my general practice doctor arranged with these animals, I had not signed anything with them and had no intention because I didn't agree to their terms. Somehow some of these specialist clinics are getting to behave not like health service providers, but as harassers and bullies, who feel they are above their patients in a paternalistic manner. Absolutely would never set foot in a place like that, just think about it, if that's how the workers act, who trained these animals? An office manager with some ethics courses under his/her belt?...unlikely. Your Docs might be competent, who knows...but your office staff is the face of your business and it's an ugly face.
