Shorted me on my order. Wasn't really a big deal, but if I pay for 10 spicy nuggets, I don't want 8. Wasn't a mistake. Both orders had 8. On the plus side, the food was good.

This Wendy's truly is nestled in Almost Heaven. The most beautiful setting for a fast food restaurant. The parking lot borders a shaded grassy knoll on the banks of Howard Creek. Right off I64. Good service, clean inside and out. Worth a stop! 2 outdoor seating tables. Dine in allowed, masks required. Parking lot big enough for a camper or RV.

Food was exactly as good as one would expect from a Wendy's. Dining room floor was slick and seemed coated by oil.

For a fast food chain it was about at good as it gets. Really friendly and the food was fresh. Very clean as well. Service was a little slow but they were very busy. Great stop on the way out of new river gorge where there really isn't many options for places to eat
