Good product, cheap prices. The problem is getting service. I stood in lobby for 15 minutes before someone came to acknowledge me. They verified that they had size tire I needed but no time to change it out to come back next day.nNext day I returned to stand third customer in line. I was there for 45 minutes. I became 2nd customer in line only because the person in front of me got tired of waiting and left after I was there for 20 minutes. Then 25 minutes after they left the employee behind counter was still just chit chatting with the customer in front of me while the line continued to grow. They were not even talking about anything related to the business, just personal stuff that they could have stepped aside and talked about as she served the other customers. Then she says everyone will have to come back tomorrow that there was no time left that day.nSo finally on my third visit I got my tire put on.
Love this location I always get the best work done. I've been using this establishment for going on four years, since I've moved from New York. Amazing people great service. I don't know why I never left a review. I always feel safe on the road after purchasing tires from them.
This place is the best to me... they always treat me fair... you can't beat the prices... they will have your parts or tires or they will find them fast and get them for you... the employees are the best... Brian and bubby are the go to guys... they are all you need when it comes to fixing or getting you in and out of there fast and right... never once have I had a problem... i do believe they have a bathroom... just have to ask...
This place is great. There is not too long a wait. The guys working there are fast and efficient. I was there 2 yrs ago and decided to go back. And Sheila was wonderful, explaining everything. Very nice person.
I absolutely love this place for all of my tire needs and basic car maintenance. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating and it is in my opinion probably the best place in Martinsburg West Virginia to have basic car maintenance done(oil changes, tire replacement, etc...)
