A lot of empty shelves. Maybe due to seasonal/holiday changes or low inventory. I was able to check online first to ensure the item I needed was in stock and available for pick up. It was and located right where described.
Three stars, I went for Halloween supplies to create a headpiece, sadly they had their Christmas decorations out. Even the floral section was Christmas, one small area for Halloween.nnTo be fair Michael's is my go to for crafting items.
Customer service was wonderful, lots of beautiful wreaths, but I could not find the planners for the longest time. When the employee led me to the planners, they were very expensive even with the discount. TJ Maxx had a better selection and better prices. Also, not a fan of the exchange policy. Instead of exchanging an item, they give you the money back, then you have to pay for the new item.
I definitely love this place. Good crafting materials. Looks awesome inside and out. Definitely would recommend this.
I love crafting. I hate that they don't have the beads that they use to have but I am glad they started carrying resin and it's supplies.
