The people there were very nice and friendly. But we went in to buy a Marshall University sweatshirt without a hood green and they did not carry any of Marshall University things. They should carry more than just West Virginia University stuff. they should do other west virginia's colleges and schools.
Their Operations Team of Rick and Clay are phenomenal. Truly outstanding workers who are very knowledgeable about their profession. They helped me with my purchases and gave me great customer service. 10/10.
I came here today to look at a few men’s mountain bikes that I saw online. They were in stock but every employee I saw walked right past me at the bikes to the back room right there instead of asking me for help. I had a few questions about them no but none seem interested in seeing if I needed help. I will go to a trusted bike shop now instead.
