Every time I need juice I feel like they are always out of the 3 I use
Terrible customer service!! Beware!nStopped by tonight for new juice and coils (22Nov) for my fiancé. He was extremely excited to find the juice he normally uses and the valaryian coils we can only find in Northern Virginia!nnWell we got home to a ruined coil when he was sold a menthol juice instead of what was asked for. Called and got horrible customer service when it was the shops mistake.nnFor your information, Hawaiian Pog DOES NOT only come in menthol.. and thank you for a wasted $50.nnGuess we have to make the drive to Northern Virginia instead of making this our new place to shop.
Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful. The prices are a little higher than other vape shops but i don't mind bc of the convenient location & superior customer service
Courtney was really great. I have had nothing but a bad experience for over a year trying to switch to vaping. All because the shops I had purchased from did not take the time to educate me. Well, Courtney took the time. She was super patient and helpful. Right from the start I found everything to be easier, and definitely a lot more pleasant. I now feel that I have an excellent chance of finally quitting smoking cigarettes. Thank you Courtney. I will definitely be sending everyone your way.
