Wow. I was seen awhile ago, but just received my bill. I saw Dr. Kochoba. He seemed nice enough. Listened to what I had to say. Did some basic tests. I was there for some fatigue and fever. Did covid, flu, and strep. All came back negative. Decided to do a urine. THat also came back negative. He discussed doing some “routine bloodwork.” His exact words. I was getting concerned about the bill at this point. He assured me, assured me! that insurance would cover it and that I would be fine. Well guess what? $2,316.98. I was floored. He ordered a urine test for mycoplasm, legionaires disease, an std panel. Sent blood for random vitamin deficiencies, thyroid, and some other various tests. I talked with my family doctor and she said she had never seen an urgent care order those tests and she herself has never ordered some of them. I have always been with Valleyhealth but this type of service is shady and looks like a grab to get money. I have had great experiences with every other doctor I have seen. Beware of Kochoba. He is a quack and just seems to order things to get money and does not know what he is doing.

i’ve literally been waiting almost an hour to have a doctor see me. while in the empty waiting room, it took an hour to be called back, and now that i’m in a room, it’s taking nearly an hour to have a doctor see me. absolutely ridiculous that i’ve been waiting this long

In a non-ER worthy but potentially life threatening situation while out of town, NP Jackie and the staff were top notch in relieving my pain and alleviating my malaise. A quick turn around time on follow up to my home doctors office afforded me a rapid recovery and at my follow up visit to my PCP sang praises about how well my wounds had been dressed and cared for.nnI owe Nurse Jackie and everyone there my deepest admiration.

Don't waste your time here if you think you have an infection. I described symptoms of my daughters infection, told them what I though was needed, was seen for not even 3 minutes via telehealth and sent to the ER. Then the ER gave us exactly what I said I thought was needed. But still got a bill to my insurance for my visit to Valley Health. So many facilities are kicking responsibility out the window for sick patients during this pandemic, it's a disgrace. I shouldn't have to pay nearly a thousand dollars to get some antibiotics for a common infection.

The building was nice and clean. I went on a Saturday and there was no wait which was nice because I was very sick. Couldn't drag myself to the Dr til afternoon because I was so sick. I saw a PA and she was nice although of little help. I asked for a note to be off work the following 2 days because I know my body and I knew that i would not be able to return to work on Monday. She would only write the note to cover Saturday afternoon and Sunday. I explained politely to her that I work 16 hour days (had already worked Saturday til 8 am.) and I really needed off through Monday to recuperate. She refused my need of the note. So as I knew it would happen, I awoke Monday (after not having gotten out of bed or the recliner all weekend) still too sick to return to work. I called and asked if she would redo my note and she said that she can't do that. She said that I'd have to come in to be seen again. It wasn't necessary for me to go back to be seen as there was no new developments, I was just still sick. I choose to not go back and give them my hard-earned money. It seemed to me that instead of being about service it was all about money. Needless to say they have lost my business and I will be telling everyone about my experience there. It's my sick time at work (which I have alot of because I don't take off alot) and I was obviously very sick. I didn't think it was an unreasonable request to ask for 2 days off of work. Nothing like being kicked when you are already down.
