Chili’s has always been one of my favorite places to eat however this time wasn’t the best experience. We had to wait a bit before anyone came to seat us. There was one waitress however was talking to customers right near the door. Secondly, I ordered chicken tenders the meat was dark brown in some places, which I won’t order again from there. The only positive things were the waitress was friendly, the manager removed my meal off the receipt, and the cheese fries were great.

Not the best experience my family and I went there last night for dinner . We were starving after helping move my sister to new home all day . For a appetizer we ordered fried pickles and a different server brought us out onion petals . We were like whatever we can eat these . For a entree I ordered shrimp pasta and she brought out chicken pasta . I was so hungry and we already waited so long that I just keep quiet . My sister ordered a side of mash potatoes and got broccoli. we also did the 2 for 25 which included a dessert. We never got asked about the dessert and after everything already being messed up and waiting so long we left without . The server was definitely one of the worse I have had in a long time . I wish I could remember her name but I know she had purple hair .

Went for lunch and covid guidelines were being followed. Everything was clean and all the personnel was friendly. Food was quick on the delivery and waitress was on her A game. Highly recommend.

Stopped in Martinsburg on our way to Bristol. Best Chili's I have ever been in. Food was great, service was even better! Phalen was extraordinary! Coming from a fellow bartender, which makes me very picky, that means a lot. She was the best bartender I have had in years! Stop in and see her, she won't disappoint...
