The food is fine for the most part, but I think it’s rather greedy to charge a .75 to go fee on EACH item of food you order. You’re not delivering, it’s being picked up. Eating in means typically spending at least 45 minutes there. By taking out, space in your bar/restaurant is not being taken up and your employees are not spending time serving a table. Working right down the road from your establishment, me and many co-workers would spend a good amount of money there a couple of times a week. We did stop ordering as often once winter and the colder weather started, but knowing spring/summer was coming and it wouldn’t be as cold to leave work to go grab dinner, we planned to make it one of our popular places to order from again. One of our favorite things we would add to our orders was your chips with a side of ranch. We thought it was a bit much when you started charging for the ranch but now that you’ve decided to charge the ridiculous to go fee, we will no longer be ordering there at all. It was a greedy move. Besides that, the homemade chips were soggy the last time and when placing the order, it seemed we were bothering the person on the other end of the line. During this time when bars/restaurants are hurting for business due to Covid, you would think you would encourage people to buy from you. This discourages people & we will order where our business is appreciated.

Only had a couple of the food items here. The avocado blooms and a buffalo chicken item. Both were really good. Bartenders are always friendly and engaging. Reasonable prices

An ER Nurse at Martinsburg VA recommended I step here! There's wide open spaces for playing pool, eating at the bar, or watching sports. Friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Since I got there after nine, their menu options were limited, and I understood that with COVID and everything else going on. But the fries were good, and the staff was friendly. I'll get a chance to go back earlier and get their food.

The food is good, I’ll give credit where credit is due.nThe service is lower than lousy. I called to place a To Go order. The lady answered the phone, asked me to hold, set the phone down, and checked a customer out. Then she proceeded to chat with other customers. I could hear all of this, and continued to scream “Hello “ into the telephone. After 7 minutes, I hung up. My coworker called repeatedly, and got a busy signal. When he got through approximately 10 minutes after I had hung up, he was told that they were “slammed.”nNeedless to say, they have lost 5 customers who will never order food from this establishment.

Great place highly recommend this bar. They have triva night on Thursday and they have pool. They also have some slot mechanics which is great too. Also the people there are very friendly and down to earth.
