Went in to try on a pair of Vans. And because I wasn't PLANNING on purchasing anything, they refused to let me try on a pair. How am I going to know if I want a pair, if I don't know how they feel on my feet? They really need to employ more people-friendly people or train the rude ones on how to treat customers. I will not buy form this particular Journeys EVER. I have never had such a bad experience with any other Journeys, just this one.

Best store I ever been in with the clothes I love
Love their shoes. Hate this Journeys. Worst customer service at a Journeys. I hope the manager reads this. I asked for a shoe size. The employee came back with a size bigger. I said I already tried that on. He walked away. I thought he was going to get me the correct shoe size. He never came back. I went and found him. I said can I try the shoe on? He said no that's the only size we have. I said ok thanks for telling me...nHe walked away. I said can I try a different shoe on and although there were 3 employees and only one other customer he just walked away. I said excuse me can I try another shoe on? And he walked away. LOL what the heck?! Won't return. Emailing corporate. They will be lucky if I ever buy another pair of shoes from them EVER. And I wear a lot of shoes.
