♪Brenham Natoinal Bank, that's what we dooo♪
They offer nice features with their checking accounts. And local businesses can deposit your paycheck next-day. But if you travel, and I mean travel just 2 hours from Brenham you’ll have your card shut down for what they think is fraud. Don’t worry though you’ll get a email asking if it was. That will give you about 4 more purchases before AGAIN it’s declined while you sit at a 5 star Austin restaurant. There will be no email this time, no you must call a fraud hotline to tell them it’s not fraud. But guess what? They can unlock your card, you can only wait till the next business day for the bank to do that. So now you must jog 6 blocks to the parking garage because the restaurant closes at 10pm and it is 9:47 to get your wife’s wallet. Why? Because it’s her birthday and its also Easter and you told her to leave it.nDo not open an account here if you travel or spend what some would consider lavish. This was not the first time I have been made to look a fool or left stranded on a holiday weekend.

We love this bank and have for 13 years. When I call, I love the fact that a live friendly person answers. We have enjoyed many customer appreciation days and never had any issues.
I have been with this bank 15 yrs. They are always very helpful. It's a nice feeling to walk in and not just be a number. They call you by your name, always have a smile. Thank you BNB for being there for my family!
