Went to the mall last night (Wednesday) and it was pretty quiet. I had just been in a store next door and had to walk up to the salesperson to get her attention away from her cell phone. But in J Crew I was immediately greeted but a friendly young woman who asked if she could help me and engaged in a little friendly conversation. I told her I was just looking so she directed my attention to a few new items and then allowed me to wander around. She checked back in with me to point out the soft cashmere sweaters. Great service!
I walked right in and the associate directed me to what I needed and was in and out with perfect Christmas present for my mom in 10 minutes
I've been shopping from J crew since i was little, you can always get the best deals and the best quality.
Nice collection
The sales associate in this store was super helpful! I need a pair of khaki shorts because I was rushing a sorority and when I came into the store a few minutes before they closed I was panicking look for my size but I could not find any. Luckily, one of the associates helped me searched and even stripped a pair of shorts of a model that was my size.
