Really trendy and (stretchy!) clothes. Not forever 21 prices but you’re not getting forever 21 quality. Clubby and formal events too
We had a dress emergency !!!! We had left a dress at home in spring tx and needed one asap for wedding in Austin and we knew the Winsor store styles and fits, so we called from the car and asked Kasey to help us remotely from driving on the high way! We were 40 minutes away and she pulled some styles and we found a perfect dress in less than 20 minutes!!!! You saved us Kasy thank you so much...and bless you and you new baby to come!! Becca and Kim!!
I doubt I will ever come back to this Windsor location. We were not greeted when entering the store or given any assistance in the store yesterday. When I needed a dressing room, it was not properly attended to after standing there and I was in a visible area where employees could see me. Finally I was told I could go to a dressing room, after needing a different size, my sister assisted me but while doing so she was abruptly yelled at from across the room instead of knocking on the door to tell us only one person could be in dressing room. Which we understand. She was bringing me different size dresses and she only walked in for a few seconds because I was in the middle of changing clothes. I find it funny how we can be communicated with all of sudden but wasn't even greeted or asked if we needed assistance but employees were occupied with conversations amongst each other.
Apparently, this location is closing and they had a super sale! I got my new favorite sweater there for $5!!! It was a STEAL. Amazing quality and trendy stuff at good prices in there! Definitely worth the visit.
The staff is SO rude here, i’m just helping my daughter shop and they are pushing people out of the way, talking down to people and just disrespectful. I hate leaving negative reviews but this place needs some help remembering who is paying their paychecks - the customers they treat awful.
