I went to the store yesterday around 1pm and immediately started to pull many things off the shelves to try on - hundreds of dollars worth - only to find that the dressing room was blocked off/closed. I asked an associate and the manager and the only thing they could tell me was that it was closed for the day and would reopen tomorrow. There were probably 5 people working this day and there was no explanation offered as to why the fitting rooms were closed. I had to hand back everything I had picked out. Frustrating experience!
Staff was extremely helpful helping me look for alternate sizes to clothes I'd already bought and paid for online and even helped me reorder ones they didn't have on location. So super grateful for them. Mad awesome experience!
The manager will make you wait 30+ minutes to pick up an online order & then tell you “with that attitude, you’ll wait longer” while walking away from assisting a customer for the second time.
Friendly beautiful employees
Poor quality and very expensive.
