Customer service is not the best. I believe he was the Manager, a young male with long hair who aproached us asking us if we needed anything in particular. We were asking him for some shoes and he walked away as we were speaking to him. A young lady came and helped us out, she apologized for his behavior but while in the store we noticed he did that to everybody except the young males.. interesting but very uncomfortable. If I had more time I would of gone somewhere else but I didn't so I stayed and shopped. We are definitely not returning for bad service..
I’m disappointed that I was told some earrings that I left on the counter while I was paying would get mailed to me since I live 2 hours away & didn’t realize until I arrived home, especially after spending a few hundred dollars. The fact that you SAID you would mail them, took my address and you never did. Now that’s $25 out of my pocket wasted. But hey, you got your commission.
Walked into the store immediately greeted by the handsome gentleman there, he helped through the whole entire time. I’m very picky with my clothing and indecisive, his help was much needed!
Went there last night to get some jeans with my boyfriend. Whole experience was strange, the girl behind the cash register was asking personal questions, it felt like she was flirting with one or both of us.
I absolutely loved my experience here. It was my first time and I wasn't too sure what I wanted. The guy Angel helped me out and showed me several different options for jeans! He was super friendly and very helpful!
