Sadly had an unpleasant experience at this location.nnI was looking to purchase the Oxford king toe from an ad I had seen online. The salesman here told me they did not have the shoe I was looking for and that the company is strictly brick and mortar. No online sales.nnCool I can respect this. But, on top of changing his demeanor from the previous set of customers.. I could tell he was already annoyed with me. I asked what we can do to get the shoe ordered to that location... and instead of just moving forward and telling me how long it takes. He proceeded to inquire on why I need the shoes.. what my profession was.. and something else I droned out. I hope the management staff can address this somewhat rude behavior to the staff and improve.
Bringing my client who is 94 yrs.old to shop for shoes. But when coming in the store the employee was rude. So my client said he didn't want to buy shoes where their is rudeness. Will not buy anything from Red Wing-Austin
It's been a long time favorite, it's sturdy , got the looks , it's comfy and most of all it's an excellent working shoes for everyone !
I had an amazing experience here! I did some research on what I wanted before I came in, and the associate had plenty of information and advice about sizing, inserts, boot care best practices, and the construction and history of the style of boot I purchased. Friendly, thorough service with a smile, you seriously cannot go wrong!
Red Wing is by far the best in work boots.
