Service from the staff is never perfunctory. They show that they really want to help. They are eager to answer questions to the best of their ability. I don't easily give a 5 star rating but the employees are by far the best part of Petco.

last visit On Saturday noon went to Petco with my cat 2 yr old for a vaccination, I carried her to the store with cat carriers waiting my turn.after 10 minutes,an employee came to take my cat with the Leash to put on.nShe’s already at her bag so why need it???nAfter they toke the poor cat to the room and I was waiting outside and watching them how they are terrible with my cat.the nurse or the doctor looks new without experience at all.she left the carrier bag in the ground for minutes..no one come to my cat to make herncomfortable.all they did worenPet gloves and try to take sugar(cat name) from the Carrier and this situation make my cat very scared and she doesn’t want any one to touch her. They didn’t try take off the gloves or let me come inside to stay with her .just they called me to take my cat out and they said she’s aggressive Anyway I went to another clinic in Dripping springs and they gave her the vaccine and everything it was amazing and my cat was happy.yes the Doctor at another clinic didn’t wear pet gloves or use a leash lol.n0 star.never back again.

We visited this location for Advanced training with our Aussie Gracie. Our trainer was Katherine and she was amazing. She has such a great attitude and listened to our concerns with our dogs chasing instincts. She even brought her own bike to work on our last day of training to work on keeping our dog calm when one wizzed by. I definitely recommend training with her. Their staff is also super friendly and got involved with our training as well. We will be back!

I want to commend Alisha for always being incredibly helpful to me when I come in. She does a great job. The whole team at this petco is awesome, but Alisha goes above and beyond at helping answer my questions any time I come in.

I recently took my Border Collie Mena here to get a grooming! And I must say we had the most wonderful experience! My little one came out looking so spiffy. I wish I’d have gotten the groomers name because she did a terrific job, my little Mena was super clean and smelling good whenever I picked her up! And when I went to go check out the cashier Rachel was also very sweet to me. The staff here have great customer service and I’m so glad I took my little one here!
