I love my finished product! But what I love more is their customer service. When I first received my digital image, I saw something that I wanted to change. They did it for me, no problem. There ended up being 3 edits or little tweaks I wanted done. Each and every time, they did it. They weren’t done till I was completely 100% satisfied.
Great image and quick! I like the fact thay they have such a variety of backgrounds and not just royal ones as other sites. I always can find a great coupon for walgreens or walmart photo for the canvas and with a great quality digital image I can get it done for a price that works for me! No need to pay for a pricey canvas! Will do for all my animals. Makes a great gift!

I had two portraits done of my dogs. They are amazing!!! I got the digital downloads quickly and they were exactly what I wanted. My dog has pricked-up ears and I chose a character with a hat, so I was sent two images to use: one with the ears “tucked” in the hat and another with the ears coming through the hat. It was awesome.
Amazing sketch of my two dog babies. I am surprised that a few said they didn't know it was a download as it is clearly told to you. I wanted an inexpensive option to a artist rendering. I printed it on card stock and put it in a frame. Just what I purchased and what I received.
