Reagan Rains and his team were superb. We applied for a loan at Southside Bank and they walked every step along the way with us. They answered our questions and worked very hard with our real estate broker and title company to make this the smoothest of transactions. I have bought 11 houses over the years and this had to be the easiest due to the efforts of Reagan and his team! It’s not often that a lender calls you two weeks before closing to offer to be ready to close early! But that was my experience with Reagan at Southside. The application process was smooth and painless, and Reagan and his team kept me up to date throughout. I highly recommend calling Reagan at Southside if you want a drama-free experience in getting a home loan (and don’t want to deal with some impersonal behemoth of a mortgage company).
