Long-term customer. Terrible customer service. Archaic online functionality relative to all other competitors (not to mention all the public scrutiny for their ethical issues). Do yourself a favor and bank literally anywhere else.
This Branch is very customer service oriented ....Staff is always friendly & helpful. I'm always greeted with a genuine friendly smile. I'm in and out of with no problems.
I love this Wells Fargo. They are always so friendly and offer fast service too. Patricia, the manager, was especially helpful recently in opening up a new business account for me. I highly recommend this Wells Fargo!

Horrible service I usually go to the Wells Fargo off of 35th st but I decided to come here since it was closest. The manager here is just plain awful made me feel very unwelcome. Wouldn't let me cash my check and suggesting she put a hold on my check. When I went to another branch today with no problem and got my check cashed. Sick and tired of the manager who works there it was Oct 2,2017 at 5:45pm I'm going to cancel my account with Wells Fargo due to her service. So Wells Fargo You lost a customer you had for 6 years!
