Holy cow! I have never worked with a more convoluted bank in my life. The mortgage services are terrible. Multiple websites, multiple phone numbers.. ugh. I can't get a human on the phone that can help me. I get transferred a minimum of 3 times, everytime. Most times, I'm told to call some other number because they can't help me.nnAll I want to do is pay a lump sum to principle. That should be pretty straightforward, right? Not with these clowns! Beware! Run as fast as you can to another bank to handle your loans.
After dealing with a large national bank for years, we finally became fed up with the indifference that appears to be systemic. A trusted colleague advised us to search for a local community bank, and mentioned Amegy as a great option. After a few weeks of interacting with folks at all layers of the org chart at Amegy, we moved all of our business banking to Amegy. We couldn't be more pleased.
