I’m no fan of going to the bank and occasionally feel a bit wary of advice given at banks. Today I worked with Amy Jantho and even with our phone conversations I felt good about her. Meeting and discussion matters with her confirmed she is great. Kind, patient and really goes the extra mile to help customers. I definitely recommend her and her trustworthy advice.
this is my neighborhood branch, and i've used them for all my banking needs for the past 10 years. they do what i need them to do. i have no complaints.

Been coming here for years under a business account. but all of a sudden iam not recognized to any of the other employees enough to do a simple change order. My situation was handled very poorly with no sympathy towards my commute to this bank every once a week.
The banker at this location, Do Pham, provides outstanding service. We opened new accounts and he was very friendly, thorough, and all about relationships and customer service. I suggest you meet with him to discuss your needs. He gave us great ideas to consider and appreciate his level of service.
