When you ask questions they do not have the answer to, they have a bad attitude. They have no knowledge of their job....nBank of America has turned to a bank of who knows where?
This has to be the worse bank I have ever had to deal with.. if I could give less than a 1 believe I would!nnIn reply to your commit back.. if you’ll cared you would try and fix your bad reviews and all the problems with the bank. The problem is you don’t care. It ring in a line for over an hour is beyond excessive.. sitting in line so long you start watching things. I would hate to be in the commercial lane. You will wait on 3 customers to every one for commercial ..
If zero stars was an option, that would be more fitting. We have been customer's of Bank of America for 12 years. After today's visit to this branch, We will be closing all 5 of our accounts!!!!!
WARNING: Do not go here if you are a young girl and alone. I've tried contacting this location about an incident that occurred on 7.18 between 10:10 and 10:20 AM but they never answer the phone. There was a very creepy man circling this location trying to talk with me and getting others to try to talk to me for him. He is in his late 20's or early 30's, was wearing a suit without the jacket, sunglasses, and driving a silver Mercedes SUV. He never tried using the bank services.
