Great experience! Went in to get my card replaced and ended up being able to pick my own background for the card. I have never been given that option before which I thought was pretty cool thing to do. Debbie was extremely helpful and nice as well, overall great location to visit!

after being a customer for 33 plus years I now feel they are no longer interested in my business. they used my need for a key to a safe deposit box that I have been paying on for over 19 years to now double my fees.nsaid it was bank policy. Its a policy on how to charge long standing customers more. I have and had Home loans, car loans, boat loans, and credit cards with this bank.... can anyone recommend a bank that sincerely appreciates long tern customers?

At any given time, there are at least 10 people inside the building that work there, and yet, only one teller. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes to give an establishment money.
