Went last week to cash a check and open up an account and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Carlos helped me to set up my account and was very cool and professional. The whole process itself was very smooth and quick and I didn’t get her name but the women that wears the nice suit was also very helpful and contributed in making my experience a good one. Glad that I opened up a checking account with Bank of America and the best part is this location is literally a couple minutes from where I live.
Bank of America has closed most locations, all drive thrus, and has 2 tellers working. This leads to long wait times for simple things like deposits. Avoid at all costs.
Manager sad there not cashing checks at William Cannon and Brodie location! You can find better people to bank with, dont waste your time at BOA, rude people, terrible service they should have a zero star rating.
