Manager Marissa was RUDE and very nasty about a mistake the STORE/A FELLOW EMPLOYEE made. She does not belong in customer service and although I won't stop shopping at Journeys due to her horrible behavior I have contacted their corporate office and will make sure to let people know about my experience.
