Bradonyn ( the store manager) I hope I spelled his name right, was great... I was confused about shoes but they (him and his helper) helped... also they didn't harass me to make a sale either !!!!! that's the biggest part....
Store hours said it opens at 10, but when we arrived at 10:30 the store was locked. We called to see if they would answer and there was no voicemail, it automatically hung up on us. It's hard to think we'll of a store that can't be bothered to open on time or have any kind of after hours services.
I was looking for something in particular. My son has an extra wide foot. A lot of places don't have any in stock.
Brandon was so helpful and gave amazing customer service. Definitely the place to go!
Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional over the phone and in person will definitely be returning to Famous Footwear for all my future shoe purchases in the future!!!
