Had what we wanted in stock great help
Staff is incredibly kind, patient and wonderful. 4 stars simply because the store lacks variety in clothes that other larger stores offer.nnMelissa is a fabulous store manager! She knows our names and greets us every time we walk in the door. They go above and beyond to help me purchase items online or from other stores.nnBest shop in University Village!
Smaller store, but still well stocked. Plenty of parking, but avoid rush hours for it's hard to get back to I-30
Friendly and welcoming staff. I ordered a jacket online and it was a little too big, luckily they had a size smaller in store and were nice enough to hold it for me for a few days until I could get there.
Love Jcrew but do yourself a favor, go to a different location. Avoid this one at all cost.
