On Monday, I purchased a top running shoe but they didn't have my size. Very courteous and professional customer service guy said they'd have my size shipped over and I could pick it up on Wed. So I paid and waited. By Friday, no call/no shoes. Stopped into store to find out what happened and talked to a clerk who didn't know much and wasn't very helpful or interested in solutions. I asked for a refund. Went home and ordered same shoe from Zappos and will get them next day.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff who clearly know their product! I thank them for their help and suggestions, over the phone and through the mail, even! Recommend without hesitation!
Nice place, helpful people. They close on Sundays which is a plus. Going back there sometime.
