Excellent customer service!! The staff and especially the manager are always so helpful!
If I could give zero stars I would, I walked in this store looking for about 10 minutes, wasn’t greeted one time by any of the 4 employees just standing around at the front register. Not a single hello, not a “can I help you”, nothing. Please drive the extra 10 minutes to Hulen Mall. This place is trash and so are the employees. I’m pretty understanding as I work in retail as well but not one of them was busy, they were ALL just leaning on the counters and talking. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way.
I found the cutest boots. I took them home. I had tried them on in the store and even walk to a few feet in them. I love them. But by the time I got them home and put them on... I'm not sure what changed but it was something wrong with one of the boots. I took them back. I had no problems with the store. The prices were great. The selection was fantastic. The store was clean and well-lit. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
My fave shoe place! Always good deals/brands/and discount area!
