Great little shop with friendly and helpful staff. Seth ordered a pair for me when the style I wanted was not in my size. It took awhile to arrive which is reasonable considering our social situation. Now I have the perfect pair of leather insole work boots, would recommend.
Had an amazing experience at this location. Seth was on point!!! Had a poor experience with the Keller location said no other store had my sizes and promised to call me back if they could find it. Call this location and they were able to help me immediately! I was difficult getting the proper size and they worked with me multiple times till we got it right. This is my store forever more! 100% satisfied customer.
Best boots. I get a pair every year from work..light..waterproof...composite toe..electric hazard...vibram sole....fits like a glove....I'm really glad red wing found me..
Very nice and knowledgeable sales reps. I went in and had both of my feet measured, picked out my workbooks and was out of the door in less than 15 minutes.
