By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received at chase. Honestly, do not waste your time here. The tellers are completely useless and would refuse to help you with a basic request. I tried getting help over 5 different times, ended up going to a different branch and was helped within less than 15mins.

This was my first visit to this branch, and the customer care was outstanding. I was greeted and asked how I could be helped as I walked in the door. My business was handled efficiently and courteously. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Crystal and the team were just the best!
This location is close to my work, so it is very convenient for lunchtime banking. EVERY time I visit this location, I receive excellent service. I always walk in - no experience with drive through. I have done business with walk up tellers and bank officers - all have been through, efficient and knowledgeable. I have visited other branches, but have not received the consistent good service this location offers every day.nThank you!
