I was on the way to work and the motor bank ate my atm card. Atm cards take about three minutes I was almost late for work waiting 45 minutes. I waited until her customer left she looked at me and returned to her desk. She stared at me on the way in and I had on a black empowerment sweatshirt and she stared at me on the way out and STILL didn't ask if she could help.I went downtown got the card in two minutes and left. I won't return to this branch.
The nicest people ever! Always a pleasure doing business here.
I usually receive great service from frost but at this location everything seems to take much longer than normal. Would rather drive across town than visit this location for anything more than the atm.
The staff at Frost Bank are very friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me and always treat me with respect. I have never had one problem with money gone missing or charges appearing out of order. Their mobile app is clean and does everything I need it to, and their customer courtesy calls and personal account managers make banking a breeze. Keep up the great work guys!
