Horrible guest care, just closed my 2 a counts and moved to Frost Bank. Amazing customer service and it is a Texas based bank. Waited 15 minutes with 2 tellers and a bossy manager with red hair having us go to the non-sanitized atm. I don't think so.

Masks required. No big deal. Modified hours for covid means 10am opening. Kinda lame but oh well. Me and a few other patrons made a line starting at 945am. They even opened early because they saw us congregating.. (6ft apart of course). Service was great. Fast, friendly, professional. The clerks were able to also help me work on my business account and they worked me in. I really appreciated how they made time for me to get my stuff done. I would recommend the staff at this location. I know that banks can be known for bad service, but I believe that when you meet the staff with the type of professionalism you desire, then they will bend over backwards to make your experience great. I had all of my business taken care of in less than an hour and it wasn't just basic stuff, it was a little more detailed. Thanks again, team. I'll be back.

I will be changing Banks due to the outrageous waiting time in the lobby due to being understaffed and that falls the same for the drive-thru! It is not the employees fault, it all comes from corporate!nWaiting time can be from 20 up to 40 minutes just to make a simple business transaction that requires going and waiting to speak to a teller most of the times!

Long lines, bad customer service. A lot of cold people who do not care about a relationship and building customers.
