I moved my business banking over to Happy State about 6 months ago and I could not be happier. As crazy as it sounds, one of my favorite things is that I can always get ahold of someone on their help line and they are actually SUPER helpful! You won't find that at a big bank. I highly recommend them!

Nonprofit work is tough enough. That last thing anyone needs is a bank that makes it tougher.nAfter three weeks of our application for the CARES Act PPP loan being out there with the major national bank we have banked with for over 15 years, we realized we needed to find in a hurry a bank that cared about us, who valued their loyal customers.nnWe found that in Happy State Bank, even though we were not yet their customer. Over 5 hours with some electronic back and forth we had set up an account and they had submitted our application, which was approved two hours later and the funds received in 24 hours. We definitely plan to bank with Happy State Bank for years to come. They live out their value of treating people well. You will not be sorry you started banking with Happy State Bank! Pat Hickman and his people, including Jeanine Werberig, Scott Lewis, Robert Gottlick and Darrel Chinnery have definitely made us happy!

Ive been banking with Happy State for over 10 years. They have a great fraud prevention department, excellent customer service, and when I needed a loan were very accommodating.
